Public International law is the legal framework which deals with the interactions and legal relationship between nation states and to some extent their relationship with individuals, non-governmental organizations, and business entities. As a highly specialized area of law, very few firms in South Africa have the knowledge and capacity to assist clients in this field.

International Criminal Law, including matters dealing with the International Criminal Court, the Residual Mechanism of the former criminal tribunals of Yugoslavia and Rwanda, including the representation of victims of international crimes before various international and national judicial forums on watching brief mandates; and
  2. Matters relating to disputes between states before the International Court of Justice and the African Court in Human and People’s Rights; and
  3. Advisory services on behalf of state parties, non-governmental organizations, businesses, and individuals in relation to the discussion, contribution, negotiation, and conclusion of various regional and international treaties between state parties.
  4. Legal representation to employees of international and regional intergovernmental organizations such as the African Union and its various sub divisional functionaries, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the Southern African Developmental Community (SADC) etc. Specifically, our firm has experience and capacity with matters before the African Union Administrative Tribunal and its various disciplinary boards.
  5. Legal representation to various human rights groups in relation to international human rights issues.

As attorneys we do not sell products, but rather our time and knowledge spent on a particular matter. As a result of the many unique features of contract drafting instructions, we are unable to provide set prices each and every type of instruction. Therefore, our firm will provide you with a quotes on a case by case basis after conclusion of our first consultation.
